Refund and Privacy Policy
Zipline has a trial version - as such, feel free to download it, try it out and kick the tires. Meringue is only available through the App Store, since there are no other official distribution channels for iOS. If you decide to purchase either application and aren't satisfied, send an email to support and I'll do whatever I can to help. If you'd still like a refund, I'm unfortunately unable to issue one — I get no information whatsoever about my customers through the App Stores, nor do I have the ability to issue refunds. Although Apple's official policy is that all sales are final, you may be able to get them to issue a refund by using the Report a Problem link for the app in question in the App Store.
Your privacy is a big deal. If you buy or try any Stuffed Iggy application, you can be confident that:
- Stuffed Iggy Software will never sell or give your email address, name, billing information or anything else to anyone.
- You will never be emailed unless you've explicitly opted in or emailed a support query or other message to Stuffed Iggy Software.
- Your full credit card details will not be kept on file.
